He did not try to high-pressure me to get an upgrade from the standard grade furnace that the warranty company offered.  I did upgrade to the high-efficent furnace, and so glad I did. He also made sure I got the rebate from the gas company, following up on it's status.  It was a GREAT experience!!!! read less

The warranty co. kept making mistakes for my replacement furnace and David and his team were on the phone getting it fixed everyday- sometimes as late as 8:30 pm. They eventually got me an upgraded efficiency furnace and on install day they got in, got it done, and cleaned up the mess. read less
